Pure Protein, a Delaware limited liability company (L.L.C.) formed in 1999, specializes in immunology tools for diagnostics, drug and vaccine development, and high-yield protein production. We have developed a unique method to clone and produce soluble HLA (sHLA) protein. This innovative method enables production of large quantities of these immune surveillance proteins, providing powerful insight into the workings of diseased cells. Our proprietary sHLA production method generates pure, single species antigens and greatly increases yield while still maintaining correct processing. Applications of the Pure Protein platform include immunology research, transplant and transfusion medicine, and vaccine development.

The Pure Protein platform was originally discovered and patented by Dr. Hildebrand at the University of Oklahoma.
